Position Overview:
We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a successful multitasker with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and an ability to enhance operational efficiency through technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Leverage technology and software tools to streamline operations and enhance the client
experience
• Organize and prioritize tasks across various operational functions
• Fulfill client service requests (e.g. new account setup, cash journals, charitable contributions, and required minimum distributions)
• Assist in preparing quarterly performance reports and materials for client review meetings
Qualifications & Attributes
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations within the wealth management industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Docu Sign or similar electronic signature programs
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Highly organized, adaptable, and dependable
