Seramount is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth of new to market product(s) for HR leaders and their teams by developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies that position the product effectively, communicate its unique value, generate demand, and accelerate success of the larger Seramount business.

The position may be based in Washington, D.C.;
Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Product messaging and positioning - Develop product positioning, value proposition, and industry narrative that resonates with customer challenges and differentiates our product from its competitors.
  • Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Fully understand the Seramount buyers and personas, industry and market trends, and the other competitive products in the space. Ability to translate product features into customer benefits, familiarity with competitive products, and market research.
  • Sales enablement - Partner with sales teams to create compelling enablement assets such as training decks, FAQs, ROI calculators, case studies, one‑pagers, and demos to effectively sell our products and help close deals that are in pipeline.
  • Marketing content development and calendar management - Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing content calendar. Conceptualize and craft compelling marketing materials—including blogs, infographics, webinars, insights papers, and case studies—tailored for multiple channels such as email, web copy, conferences, and presentation decks.
  • In‑person and virtual executive round tables – Drive agenda creation of prospecting events, ensuring content and speaker selection align with event themes and resonate with target audiences.
  • Data analytics - Use performance metrics to refine content strategies, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in partnership with digital and demand generation teams
