Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in the Greater Richmond Region. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles according to manufacturer standards. Other duties will include conducting routine vehicle inspections, ensuring proper preventive maintenance, and collaborating with the service team. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and technical systems
- Ability to conduct thorough vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance
- Experience using diagnostic tools and automotive equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with the service team and customers
- Certification or diploma in Automotive Technology or related field preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
