• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues
• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership operations a plus
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

$55,000 - $100,000 a year. This position's pay is largely performance based. If you pursue this career with excellence, you will absolutely be rewarded for it.
