About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Casual Vic Roads & Administration Assistant to support our existing Group Stock Control and Administration team.
This is a relief-based position, primarily located at our Richmond location along Swan Street, with travel required across our other dealerships from time to time. The role focuses on Vic Roads processing and general administrative support to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant operations across the group.
Key Responsibilities- Processing Vic Roads transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing administrative support across multiple dealership sites as required
- Assisting the Group Stock Control and Admin team during peak periods and staff leave
- Managing documentation, data entry, and supporting compliance requirements
- Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders
- Maintaining organised records and ensuring procedural accuracy
- Mandatory Requirement: A current and valid Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- A process-driven mindset with the ability to follow structured procedures
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A warm, friendly demeanour with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency in handling administrative tasks
- Basic administrative competency, including data entry and basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting multiple locations
Previous experience in a dealership environment is highly regarded.
Prior Vic Roads processing experience is advantageous.
Other administrative experience will be viewed favourably.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate who does not have prior dealership experience.
