Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing inquiries, preparing documents, and maintaining records, while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming calls, addressing general policy questions and resolving inquiries with attention to detail.

- Document and process complaints with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Prepare and organize unemployment claim packets for submission to the appropriate office.

- Conduct follow-ups with the executive team as necessary to ensure resolution of issues.

- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and other records to track important information.

- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently to complete administrative tasks.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to callers, ensuring their concerns are handled effectively.

- Assist with general data entry and order processing tasks as needed.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

- Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities with a willingness to learn and grow. Requirements - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to manage and update spreadsheets.

- Ability to handle 20-30 calls per day with patience and efficiency.

- Solid organizational skills to document information and maintain accurate records.

- Comfort with handling complaints and resolving issues in a detail-oriented manner.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

- Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents and managing data.

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Talent Match®
