Program Support Assistant - Main Operating Room; OR - Nights

Overview

The Program Support Assistant performs a variety of administrative/clerical support functions for the Department.

Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and Saturday from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (36 hours/week). There could be a need for change in the future pending business needs.

• Experience REQUIRED Minimum of two (2) years of previous secretarial/administrative work experience in an office setting.
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications & e-mail/calendaring.

• Three (3) years of previous secretarial/administrative work experience in an office setting.
• Previous experience in a health care setting.

• Education/training REQUIRED High School Diploma or equivalent
• Education/training PREFERRED Post High School coursework in Business, Accounting or closely related field.

Performs administrative/clerical duties independently and without direct supervision.
