Senior Tax Associate; Part-time

About the Role

This is not your average tax role. You'll play a critical role in supporting our amazing and creative clients, many of whom are industry-leading content creators, entrepreneurs, and influencers. You won't just be working with numbers behind the scenes—you'll be front and center, helping clients understand and manage tax obligations with clarity and confidence. You'll help clients navigate complex tax situations, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure they're positioned for success come tax season and beyond.

This role is perfect for someone who lights up when solving complex tax puzzles and building genuine client relationships. You're naturally detail-oriented and love diving into intricate tax scenarios to find the best solutions for your clients. You get energized by turning tax complexity into clear, confident guidance that makes clients feel informed and empowered rather than overwhelmed.

• Meet regularly with clients to develop personalized tax strategies and identify optimization opportunities
• Manage preparation of complex filings including 1040, Partnership and S Corp returns alongside our staff accountants
• Partner closely with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Take on expanding responsibilities as our firm scales, with comprehensive training and career development support

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation
• Proficiency in Quick Books and general accounting software
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
