Controller​/Accounting Manager

We are recruiting for several Controller/Accounting Manager roles. They range from remote to hybrid and are in the Richmond VA area. Prior experience as a leader with comprehensive accounting and finance experience required. The roles vary from managing teams to autonomous focus. Duties:

• Lead team of accounting professionals or work independently with interaction with the CFO
• Responsible for full-cycle accounting performance
• Participate in leadership meetings and critical decision-making processes

Experience:

• 7 plus years experience in accounting
• Accounting degree or equivalent
• CPA preferred
• Experience using a variety of ERP systems and Excel
• Presentation skills highly desired
