Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager

Prospect Blue is partnered with a Richmond-based organization to identify an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in a small family office environment. This role will work closely with a senior accounting team member and assist with core accounting functions across the business.

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities including AP/AR
• Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
• Complete bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and reporting
• Support payment processing and cash management
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed

• 2–5+ years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Experience with Quick Books Desktop preferred
• Comfortable working in a small office setting
• Flexible, hands-on, and willing to jump in where needed
• CPA not required
• Onsite role with a collaborative team environment
