Position Overview
You will play a critical role in supporting a accounting team that manages invoices across a large property portfolio. The primary focus will be high-volume invoice processing, with opportunities to assist in additional accounting functions as workload allows.
Responsibilities- Process and review high-volume AP invoices (approximately 150 invoices per day
) - Serve as the final reviewer for invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and approvals
- Investigate discrepancies and validate invoice details prior to posting
- Support additional accounting tasks as needed, including:
- Bank reconciliations
- General Ledger support
- Other ad hoc accounting functions
- Work within accounting systems including Yardi and Avid Exchange
