Operations Associate

The role also includes supporting daily account reconciliation processes, maintaining confidentiality of client and company information, and providing backup coverage for operations staff.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Finance/Accounting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities for career growth

• Open/close accounts and maintain account data
• Support account reconciliation with custodians
• Provide backup and cross-training for team coverage
• Facilitate trade settlements and review security information
• Monitor proxy voting and produce client reports
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies
