Cookie Finance is a rapidly growing accounting and tax technology startup for content creators. We work exclusively with influencers on platforms like You Tube, Instagram, Twitch, and Tik Tok, supporting everyone from up‑to‑coming creators to large influencers. We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Associate to help us continue our growth and help thousands of creators.

As a Senior Tax Associate at our fast‑growing firm, you'll play a critical role in supporting our amazing and creative clients, many of whom are industry‑leading content creators, entrepreneurs, and influencers. You won't just be working with numbers behind the scenes—you'll be front and center, helping clients understand and manage tax obligations with clarity and confidence. You'll help clients navigate complex tax situations, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure they're positioned for success come tax season and beyond.

• Meet regularly with clients to develop personalized tax strategies and identify optimization opportunities
• Manage preparation of complex filings including 1040, Partnership, and S Corp returns alongside our staff accountants
• Partner closely with team members to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Take on expanding responsibilities as our firm scales, with comprehensive training and career development support

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years experience in tax preparation
• Proficiency in Quick Books and general accounting software
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
