Position Purpose

Assess the needs of our members to formulate and recommend customized mobility programs and services. Take ownership of the member experience and business objectives on weekends in preparation for managing their own club.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver great customer service.
  • Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in the onboarding and development of Stretch Trainers.
  • Maintain club cleanliness.
  • Onboard new members.
  • Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
  • Maintain building and equipment safety.
  • Pursue a passion for fitness and mobility.
  • Drive success with a strong work ethic.
  • Commit to long-term growth.
  • Track record of delivering results.
  • Motivate clients with enthusiasm.
  • Sell Assisted Stretch packages.
  • Achieve daily targets during Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when Stretch Manager is not present (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
  • Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans.
  • Serve as an information hub for product knowledge, programs, events, etc.
Qualifications
  • Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
  • Be a fighter who wins.
  • Work with membership sales and personal training teams.
  • Constantly develop Stretch Trainers through coaching.
  • Takes ownership of results.
  • Adapts quickly and well to various situations.
  • Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
  • Team player and willing to assist with any task to get it done.
  • Must be organized.
  • Work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced and demanding work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, early‑mornings, afternoons, evenings, and late‑night shifts.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
Requirements
  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
  • Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data, reading reports, and using email.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
Additional Compensation

Variable income opportunities including commission and bonus.

Hourly Pay Range

$17—$17 USD
