As a Fitness Counselor, you will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self‑generated and company‑sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Your sales approach and magnetic personality will help potential members achieve their fitness objectives.

Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow‑up process to ensure their success.

• Possesses strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Works independently, multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computers/technology; quick to shift focus, phone etiquette, and math proficiency.
• Position is 20 hours per week and requires availability every Thursday and at least one weekend day.

Must successfully pass a background check.

• Member engagement
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety

• Membership sales (club and individual, including services, products, programs)
• Membership billing
• Customer service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Information hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.)

Hourly pay range: $10—$11 USD. Eligible for variable income opportunities, including commission, and tenure pay.
