Hourly Wage & Compensation

Hourly rate: $19 - $32 per hour. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the location.
Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must lift heavy objects exceeding 50 lbs and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
