Job OverviewAs a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, along with the ability to establish retailer relationships while representing Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory, as well as support team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally you may work with additional products from other companies in the stores you service.
Salaryand Schedule Details
- Starting hourly rate: $12.00–$14.00 depending on skills and experience.
- Eligible for annual pay increases.
- Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
- Average weekly hours: 10–14 hours.
- Availability required during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.
- Day‑to‑day engagement:
Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products throughout the store, providing timely communication, reporting, and feedback. - Holiday support:
Provide additional coverage during peak seasons and, when required, work on the actual holidays. - Department resets:
Participate in installations and re‑arrangements of Hallmark fixtures, with advance notice. - Team collaboration:
Support other merchandisers as needed within the field organization.
Physical demands include pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons and display fixtures up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs or ladders throughout the shift.
Basic Qualifications- Minimum age 18.
- Read, write, and comprehend English.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
- Access reliable Wi‑Fi and internet.
- Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
