Overview
Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced LEASING MANAGER for our apartment community, Grandea Lakemont in Richmond, TX.
Responsibilities- 1-2 years of apartment leasing and customer service experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office
- Hire, train, and develop the Leasing Consultants
- Facilitate resident relations and resident retention programs
- Partner with the Assistant Community Manager
- Must be energetic, reliable, and have strong sales orientation
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
- Are a high energy, fast-growing multi-family property management company committed to investing in you and your CAREER!
- Are a cohesive team of outgoing PROFESSIONALS!
- Work hard so we can also have a lot of FUN!
