- Liaise between hospitals, courts (judges, probate auditors, and coordinators), Attorneys Ad Litem and public for high-volume and extremely time-sensitive caseloads.
- Sets up and maintains HIPAA-protected files and information.
- Prepares documents for review and revision by attorney in preparation for filing.
- Maintains attorney’s calendars and dockets, including appearance dates, and other related matters, to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintains subject matter/case process logs for multiple case types.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED.
- 3 years job related experience, familiar with Family Law.
- Strong computer and typing skills (40 wpm).
- Strong verbal skills and ability to interact effectively with other employees and the public.
$18.31 - $22.89 hourly based on qualifications
