We are seeking a fully-licensed therapist to join us and help expand our capacity to serve our community. This is an opportunity to be a foundational member of a practice aiming for a balance of administrative support and clinical autonomy.
PositionSummary
We are seeking an experienced, fully-licensed clinician to be a key contributor to our group. This role is ideal for a therapist who seeks the autonomy of independent contracting while gaining the operational structure and administrative support necessary to sustain a successful practice with minimal personal administrative burden. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Essential Qualifications- Must hold a valid and active Texas professional license (e.g., Fully licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).
- Minimum of a master s degree in counseling, psychology, clinical mental health, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Professional liability insurance.
- A minimum of two years of experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy (preferred).
- Strong clinical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our EHR system.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and state licensing laws.
- Assess and manage client risk, including crisis management.
Clinicians have access to an office suite for in-person sessions in Richmond, TX, and are provided with HIPAA-compliant telehealth software for virtual sessions.
ScheduleYou have the flexibility to set your own schedule and manage your caseload. Scheduling for in-person sessions requires coordination to ensure room availability. So, while the schedule is flexible and self-directed, consistency is encouraged to maximize the clinician s ability to build a full, stable caseload. A minimum availability of 10 clinical hours per week is expected.
CompensationCompensation for therapeutic services is a percentage of the collected fee, with the practice making no guarantee of a minimum number of clients or compensation (1099 structure). Administrative and Business ResponsibilitiesAs an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services, maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our EHR system, and adhering to ethical and legal standards. You ll manage your own schedule, build your caseload, and participate in insurance credentialing. You will also ensure professional conduct, utilize our secure communication systems, and follow our financial and business policies, including those related to billing and client confidentiality.
