Overview
Clinical Trainer / Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Clinic-Based ABA Therapy. Behavioral Innovations – Aliana Treatment Center.
The Clinical Trainer will train clinical staff with direct coordination and oversight from BCBAs, ensuring training milestones and clinical expectations are achieved. This role collaborates clinically with BCBAs to ensure each Therapy Team operates effectively and efficiently while guaranteeing progress according to BACB clinical requirements. The position ensures that all new Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) receive training according to BACB standards and comply with the company’s training program.
All training milestones must be completed as specified.
Compensation: $45,000

- At least one year of early intervention experience in the ABA field (external).
- Experience in a leadership role requiring supervision of employees.
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. - Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification.
- Must be RBT IV or higher (internal).
- Time management, observation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to receive detailed information through written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn and implement new skills, and the ability to train others.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Friendly and engaging personality.
- Reliable transportation is required.
