- Build and manage a structured sales funnel aligned with revenue and market penetration goals

- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in geotechnical site investigation or a closely related field
- Strong network of contacts in key markets (infrastructure, energy, ground investigation) within the Eastern US region
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, and CRM Software
- Deep understanding of geotechnical services and site investigations
- Ability to use financial statements as a management tool to drive business decisions and strategies
- Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
- Valid passport for international travel
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
