Now Hiring:
Licensed Landscape Architect

Majestic Developers is seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect to lead landscape strategy across active single-family and commercial developments.

Our portfolio includes retail, mercantile, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use projects. These are live developments advancing through entitlement, design, and construction — not conceptual exercises.

This is a leadership role within a vertically integrated development company. You will work directly with architecture, civil engineering, and construction leadership to deliver coordinated, buildable, and code-compliant landscapes. We operate with ownership and accountability. We expect the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead landscape master planning for residential and commercial developments
  • Direct and mentor landscape designers
  • Develop planting plans, irrigation systems, hardscape details, and streetscape concepts
  • Coordinate with civil engineering on grading, drainage, detention, and infrastructure
  • Navigate municipal processes and ensure compliance with local development codes
  • Participate in entitlement strategy and city coordination meetings
  • Review construction documents and support field execution
  • Align design intent with budget, constructability, and schedule discipline

This role requires an understanding of development as a process — financial, regulatory, and construction-driven — not just design production.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Landscape Architect (Texas preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in residential and commercial development
  • Demonstrated leadership over design teams
  • Strong knowledge of Texas municipal processes and entitlement procedures
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite
  • Rendering and visualization capabilities preferred
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
Compensation & Growth
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with leadership experience
  • Paid Time Off
  • Comprehensive health benefits launching Q2
  • Professional development and licensure support
  • Direct collaboration with executive leadership
  • Opportunity to shape large-scale communities from concept through construction
  • Significant upward mobility within a growing development platform

We are building long-term infrastructure — in our projects and in our team. If you want to see your work constructed, not just presented, this is the environment.
