Role Description As an Account Associate for Zach Muzzy - State Farm Agent, you play a key role in supporting new and existing customers. You’ll guide new clients through the onboarding process, including forms, mileage verification, and underwriting follow-up. You  also assist and support customers through the claims process. This role combines administrative precision with customer care, helping ensure a smooth and responsive experience.

You’ll collaborate with our team to maintain strong client relationships and provide reliable service during important moments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organized, behind-the-scenes work and also values customer connection.

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
• Process and follow up on insurance claims.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with policy updates and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure timely issuance of policies.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative work preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
