Do you enjoy serving others and creating welcoming dining experiences? At Allegro Richmond Heights, every meal is an opportunity to connect, care, and brighten a resident’s day. We  looking for a Full-Time Server to join our dining team on 1st and 2nd shift.

• 1st and 2nd Shift
• Includes weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled

Starting at $15 per hour

• Greet and serve residents with warmth and professionalism
• Deliver meals accurately and efficiently
• Clear and reset tables to keep the dining room clean and inviting
• Assist with meal delivery to resident apartments as needed
• Label and date food items properly
• Support the kitchen and dining team with setup, breakdown, and sanitation
• Help make every meal a positive, enjoyable experience

• Required:
• At least 16 years of age
• Previous serving experience required
• Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background screening

Preferred:

• Serv Safe certification
• Senior living or hospitality experience

• Stable Full-time, 1st & 2nd-shift hours
