Gen Associate Pastor First Baptist Church of Richmond, Missouri

Overview

Responsible for leadership, development, and implementation of our Youth, Children’s, and Young Adult Ministries. This includes hands-on ministry as well as development of leadership within each ministry. Works with ministry leadership to dream and cast vision. This position will also be part of the staff leadership team planning and implementing outreach and education for Kingdom growth. Will work closely with and be accountable to the Senior Pastor and will fill preaching responsibilities as needed.

This is intended to be a full-time position, but will consider part-time if there is an initial need for the candidate’s situation.

• Provide leadership, development, and implementation of Youth, Children’s, and Young Adult Ministries.
• Engage in hands-on ministry and develop leadership within each ministry.
• Collaborate with ministry leadership to dream and cast vision.
• Be part of the staff leadership team planning and implementing outreach and education for Kingdom growth.
