Elementary Process Coordinator

Richmond R-XVI School District is looking for a Special Education Process Coordinator for the  school year. The Special Education Process Coordinator supervises the SPED process from referral through placement and provision of services, appropriate identification and placement of students with disabilities, and public agency compliance with state and federal requirements for special education. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Qualifications:

Must have an appropriate Missouri Special Education Certificate in one special education field. (i.e., Mild/Moderate Cross Categorical, ECSE, etc.). Candidates have demonstrated a knowledge of the Special Education Process and laws and have 5 years experience in providing special education services preferred.
