Position DetailsRole: Full-Time General Dentist
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM
Workweek: 4 days
Compensation- Starting at $850/day
- Competitive earning structure aligned with experience and clinical capability
- 100% practice paid lab fees
- General Dentists: 2 FT + 1 PT
- Hygienists: 2
- Dental Assistants: 5
- Operatories: 14
- Payer Mix: Medicaid & PPO
- Average New Patients: ~70/month
- Average Production per Doctor: $3,000-$5,000/day
- Collection Rate: 90%
- 2 Prime Scan units
- CBCT
- Over Jet AI
- Modern, fully updated facility -- rebuilt just 3 years ago
No in-house specialists, giving you the opportunity to perform advanced procedures such as:
- Surgical extractions
- RCTs including molars
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong skills in surgical extractions or root canal therapy (molar preferred)
- Consistent 4-day workweek (long weekends every week)
- Malpractice Insurance Provided

- Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
