What You’ll Do
  • Examine and evaluate damaged vehicles to plan for efficient repairs per company standards.
  • Communicate with management and teammates regarding repair status throughout all phases.
  • Notify management of any issues that could impact repair quality or delivery timeline.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working order and operate them safely.
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
  • Follow all required safety protocols, including use of personal protective equipment.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and quality goals.
  • Stay current on federal, state, and local regulations that impact collision repair operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:

    1–3+ years working in the collision repair industry.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Knowledge of vehicle structures, removal/replacement techniques, and collision repair processes.
  • Physical Requirements:

    Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly (occasionally 70+ lbs) and perform kneeling climbing, crouching, and other physical tasks.
  • Mindset:
    Detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment.
Preferred Certifications
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
  • I‑CAR or ASE Certification (Preferred)
