Job SummaryWe are looking for highly motivated, confident, and experienced salespeople to drive new client acquisition for iSAFE Complete’s managed IT services. As a commission-only salesperson, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial income with no cap, leveraging our competitive 10% commission structure on contracts averaging $2,500/month. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-based environment and are eager to achieve $180,000 or more in annual earnings within 24 months.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities with small to medium-sized businesses in Central Kentucky.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the iSAFE Complete team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position iSAFE Complete’s services.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT services, technology, or a related field.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in Central Kentucky and have a strong network or ability to build one in the region.
- Familiarity with managed IT services or technology solutions is a plus but not required.
- Commission: 10% of the monthly contract value for the initial term of the agreement (12-36 months).
- Average Contract Size: $2,500/month.
