We are a consumer business operating online and in our over 50 retail stores (DC, NYC, Boston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Texas) – and growing. We operate 2 manufacturing facilities in Richmond, KY, Winchester, VA and Henderson, NV that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.
** Duties/Responsibilities:
*** Ensure all inbound store receipts are processed accurately and in timely manner.
* Supervises warehouse inventory and maintains database. Ensures items are being transacted out of inventory properly.
* Assists with daily cycle counts and recounts. Maintains retail non-inventory log.
* Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
* Compiles supplies needed for our retail stores and new store openings, ensures they tasks are executed in a timely manner.
* Manages and maintain organization with all of the retail stores documents.
* Flexibility to work overtime for end of month inventory, and as needed to support the business
* Monitors retail shipping area to ensure transfer orders are being shipped on time, and assists as needed
* Monitors Chops and corners area to ensure the fulfillment of orders are being shipped on time, and assist as needed
* Utilize various computer programs to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, including Excel, Google Sheets, and WMS/ERP systems such as Net Suite.
* Will work closely with retail stores. Must be comfortable communicating via Slack and phone.
* Performs other related duties as directed.
** Required Skills/Abilities:
*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable with computers, cell phones, and RF scanners, experience with Net Suite is a plus..
* Basic understanding of/or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
* Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
* Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to retail and inventory.
* Experience with Net Suite, Bringg, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Google suite is a plus.
* Forklift and driving experience a plus.

* Education and Experience:
*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
*
* Physical Requirements:
*** Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
* Ability to move around the warehouse.
