As a Specialty Associate you will contribute to profitable sales growth by combining in‑depth product knowledge and a passion for service to build clientele and meet sales goals.

• Customer Service & Sales – Greet and assist customers in finding products, deliver exceptional service, inform them of key product attributes, care/protection plans, generate interest, suggest additional products, meet/exceed sales goals and productivity standards, partner with team members, promote Find More, assist with credit, reward, and gift card programs, and support the company’s credit application process.
• General Operations – Participate in inventory processes and merchandise transfers, returns to vendor/warehouse, defective merchandise, maintain sales‑floor recovery process, clean and organize store environment, complete pricing and signing processes in specialty businesses.
• Performance Standards – Support company shrink and safety initiatives, consistently meet performance standards for the role, including iCAP program, products and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.

• Results – Solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales, profit or customer service; execute work efficiently and effectively; inspire strong performance in yourself and others.
• Ownership – Provide great customer service; cooperate and build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity – Proactively find ways to improve the customer experience; show confidence and courage to do what is right; take action with energy and urgency.
