Shift Manager – Dairy Queen

We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to provide quality customer service and oversee food operations following the standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.

The Restaurant Shift Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and food preparation. They will assist in learning management responsibilities from the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.
