Float RN for MS/Tele units

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH prior to assignment

• 2 year of recent experience

• Nurse to patient ratios 1:3-5

• Interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Management of dysrhythmias
• O2 protocol management
• Non-invasive airway management
• Management of drips
• Peripheral line care/management
• Central line care/management
• Blood product administration
• Isolation precaution/PPE
• Computerized documentation
• Rapid response team activation
