UAS Assembler Security Clearance

Position: UAS Assembler with Security Clearance
Assemble unmanned aerial system (UAS) airframes and components according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions. Tasks include mounting propulsion systems, attaching landing gear and structural components, drilling and fastening mechanical servos to airframe structures, and performing initial fit checks. Work in a production or lab environment with attention to detail, torque specifications, and quality control standards. Collaborate with integration and test teams to hand off assembled units for electrical and functional testing.

Minimum Secret clearance required. High school diploma or GED required; technical trade certification a plus. Hands-on mechanical assembly experience required — aerospace, automotive, or defense hardware preferred. Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly procedures. Familiarity with precision hand tools, drill press, and torque wrench operations.

Experience with composite or aluminum airframe assemblies a plus.
