EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor s Degree in Paralegal Science (6 years of proven probate experience in a law office will be accepted in lieu of a degree). If this exciting opportunity appeals to you, we want to get to know you.
JOB SUMMARY:
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence in the legal area of probate and estate work. The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined.
A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed, specialized work is the major focus. The position will provide security in a stable work environment, allowing you to plan for, focus on, and complete tasks on hand. The position will generally be task-oriented, requiring someone with a conservative, careful, and cautious approach to work.

This position involves administrative duties related to drafting and case management, as well as interpersonal duties to assist the firm in providing a high standard of service to clients.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
