UAS Integration & Test Technician Security Clearance

Position: UAS Integration & Test Technician with Security Clearance
Serve as the primary integrator and tester for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) at Indigo Industries. Responsibilities span the full assembly-to-flight-ready lifecycle: mounting propulsion systems, installing and drilling mechanical servos to airframes, routing and installing wiring harnesses, validating all electrical connections, and performing functional testing of servo operations via MAVLink. Conduct weight and balance checks and support pre-flight readiness reviews. Work closely with engineers and program leads to ensure systems meet operational specifications before delivery.

Minimum Secret clearance required (TS/SCI preferred). Associate's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience. Proficiency with mechanical assembly tools, torque specifications, and drill press operations. Familiarity with wiring harness installation and continuity testing.

Experience with MAVLink or similar UAV communication protocols preferred. Prior military or defense industry experience with UAS platforms a plus.
