Job Details

This dual-role position blends estimating and project management responsibilities. You'll be involved in the entire process-from bid preparation through project closeout-ensuring that estimates are accurate and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction estimating and/or project management
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Strong financial and analytical skills related to budgeting, estimating, and cost tracking
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
