• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and a goal‑oriented attitude.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms, and options.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual – Spanish.

On site.

Monday‑Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
