• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders while following all cash-handling procedures. Assist customers with credit applications and financing options as needed, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of all transactions.
• Resolve customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts, including involvement in bi-annual inventory counts.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by aligning with KPIs and performance standards.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Energetic and outgoing personality; enjoys engaging with people and building connections.
• Strong communication skills that inspire confidence and action.
• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for developing and sharing new ideas.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction.

• Previous retail or furniture sales experience.
