The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise and fixture assembly, and planogram reviews.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide excellent shopping experiences and support coverage during peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-directed work ethic.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves traveling between stores.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, including travel time.
• Travel in personal vehicle required; promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
