** About The Opportunity
** As a Machine Assistant, you will support the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery used to produce corrugated products. This role ensures smooth production flow, quality output, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and operation of assigned machine
* Monitor production and inspect finished products for quality
* Handle materials and move stock using carts, hand trucks, or forklifts
* Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work area clean and organized
* Record production data and report issues promptly
* Support team goals and follow all safety and quality guidelines
* Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives

Job Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
* Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; corrugated industry is a plus
* Forklift experience preferred; not required
* Ability to lift 45 lbs.
* Ability to stand/walk for 8-12 hours
* Comfortable working in hot, noisy environments
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurement

Hours:

We are primarily looking for individuals to work a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule on nights or an 8-hour schedule on 2nd or 3rd shift.
