# Master Scheduler Osborn Richmond - Richmond, IN 47374## Description
* Analyze new and existing production orders, assign production jobs to workstations, and coordinate process operations
* Plan schedules, considering factors of inventory, capacity, labor, waste, and quality
* Assign start date/time and end date/time for production jobs and process operations
* Work with the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager to expedite and adjust work schedules
* Place and release orders for Outside Processing as needed using the ERP system- SAP preferred
* Collaborate with procurement to identify and maintain optimal order quantities, safety stock levels, inventory control, and cycle counts.
* Report on procurement obstacles and proposed solutions
* Expedite delivery of open orders, as dictated by customer demand
* Cycle count administration/analysis
* Partner with production leadership to optimize production performance## Qualifications
* Associate degree preferred
* Three (3) or more years with materials planning or production scheduling experience
* Proficiency with manufacturing scheduling systems; MRP/ERP systems- SAP preferred
* Willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and a sense of urgency
* Strong communication (verbal and written)
* Attention to detail and ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects in an efficient manner
