Full-time, hospital employed position Scheduled hours vary by provider Physician will provide services at two locations within 20 miles of each other Team structure: 1st office - 2 Pediatricians, 2 Family Medicine Physicians, 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) 2nd office - 1 Family Medicine Physician, 1 APP Open to newly trained and practicing physicians
