Clinic: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Call: Weekend call rotation (Friday 5:00 PM Monday 7:00 AM)
Clinic Volume: patients/day

Clinic: July , Aug , Sep 2 4, Sep , Oct , Nov 3 6, Dec 8 12
Primary Call: July , Aug 29 Sep 1, Sep 5 8, Oct 4 6, Nov 7 10
Clinical Details:
Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
Procedures: None required
Setting: Outpatient with hospital consults and rounding as needed
Call Coverage: Primary call shared with providers; APPs as back-up
Technology & EMR:
EMR: Vemsta (used for time entry and order entry)
Requirements:
Licensure: Active Indiana license or IMLC
Board Status: BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology (within 5 years of residency completion)
Experience:
2+ years preferred
Certifications:
BLS and ACLS (AHA issued)
Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
