Dishwasher

We are hiring immediately for a full-time DISHWASHER position at Chevron Richmond - 841 Chevron Way, Richmond, CA 94801. Online applications accepted only.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 5:15 am – 1:15 pm (full-time). Additional details upon interview.
• Requirement: A valid Food Handler’s card is preferred.

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks on the conveyor to the dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
