Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Critical Need ICU position in California requiring a CA RN license and recent ICU experience.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a hospital setting,

• Assignment is 13 weeks in duration,

• Schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM,

• 36 hours per week are expected,

• EPIC is used as the electronic medical record system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Minimum of 1 year recent full-time ICU experience within the last 3 years,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• Preferred: BSN or related bachelor's degree, 2 years recent ICU experience, NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, and CCRN certification,

• Experience with dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred,

• Local and travel candidates are accepted at the same pay rate,

• Must provide last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth for consideration,

• Internal rules limit assignment duration to a maximum of two years with a 90-day break required thereafter,

• Position may require the ability to care for complex critical care patients,
