Position: Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA)
Locations: Richmond, San Pablo
Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

We’re excited to recognize your leadership and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:
$36–$43/hour based on experience
Bonus:Effective November 16th
Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):
➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate
Effective December 1st- Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:
➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

What You’ll DoProvide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent progress
Maintain clinical quality and data-driven outcomes
Master’s degree (or in progress) in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience
Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
Supervision toward BCBA certification
Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
