Position: Home Health Aide (HHA) – Full Time / Part‑Time (Per Diem)

Location: Richmond, CA

ABL Health Care and ABL Hospice are trusted providers of home health and hospice services. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and team‑oriented individual to join our home health team as a Full‑Time or Part‑Time (Per Diem) Home Health Aide in Richmond, CA.

• Provide personalized care and hygiene support to patients in their homes.
• Promote health, prevent disease, and care for the ill at home.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation according to company policy using a company‑provided device.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) license to practice in California – Required.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice care – 1 year required.
• Current California Driver’s License.
• Able to travel within a 15–25 mile radius on a regular basis.
