Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries, concerns, and requests. This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek, and will be based in our Jonesboro office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Resolve customer complaints and elevate issues as needed
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

    Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus
